Tim Franzen, Director
Tim is a chartered Structural Engineer and Development Manager with deep knowledge of construction, engineering and the built environment.
Tim's global portfolio includes landmark commercial, industrial and residential projects including Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 Car Park and NOVA Victoria in London. Recent Australian projects include Altitude Apartments, Pagewood Green Precinct and Ocean Apartments. Tim previously held the title of Head of Engineering of Meriton Group where he oversaw design, design management and project management for over 16,000 residential units in NSW and QLD.
Neil is a Registered Architect and Design Manager with extensive experience in large multi-residential and mixed-use developments, planning and construction.
Previously employed as Head of Architecture at Meriton, Neil oversaw the design, approval and construction of over 4,000 residential units, 1,200 hotel rooms and 10,000 square meters of commercial space across NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT. With a focus on commercial outcomes, Neil brings to Lateral Consulting a wealth of experience in design, value -add and value management.

David’s broad and in-depth knowledge of Australia’s high density housing market is the result of a 20-plus-year career. His impressive portfolio spans over 40 sites with a gross realisation in excess of
$7 billion.
Before Lateral, David spent 18 years at Meriton, where he held a number of senior executive roles, including Head of Pricing, Senior Advisor to the Managing Director, and most recently Group Head of Acquisitions. In this capacity he was responsible for the sourcing, assessment and negotiation of all development sites throughout Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and QLD.
